Forever bringing people together through food!

I'm a self-taught, professional baker -and chef-, cooking my way through life. 

What started as a casual hobby while studying in University - baking for family and friends - has now grown into a full blown CAREER.

Now under a new name - R U Y A, meaning "vision" or "dream" in Arabic, is exactly that - taking this vision/ dream and running with it, wholeheartedly.

 While I've always had a love for sweet things, R U Y A Microbakery is about desserts, and much more! RUYA strives to bring homestyle baking to the next level with a focus on using seasonal ingredients and unique flavour combinations that impress!
